Our fleet ranks require you to earn awards for a promotion. At the beginning of each month we check who has met the requirements and promote them to the next rank.
In order to be promoted to Fleet Captain and above you will also need to have a recommendation by someone of that rank or higher. For example, if you're a Commodore looking to be promoted to Fleet Commodore, you'll need the recommendation of a Fleet Commodore or higher rank.
One last thing to note, we determine a member's inactivity based on the last login date of all their characters in our fleet. So as long as you have a character who was online within the periods of time listed below, you won't considered inactive. There is no set schedule for removing inactive members. It occus anytime we feel fleet rosters need to be cleaned up to allow new members.
This is the initial fleet rank for all new members. You are allowed to be inactive for 30 days.

At this rank you can consider yourself a full-fledged member! You are allowed to be inactive for 90 days and should be interacting with the rest of the fleet. Learn the ropes and have fun!

Having fun yet? Welcome to the rank of Fleet Captain! You are allowed to be inactive for 135 days. By now you should have a pretty good idea of how we operate.

You've made it to Commodore! Interesting fact, this used to the highest rank members could earn. You are allowed to be inactive for 180 days. This rank makes you eligible for the Acting Vice Admiral Program.

Congratulations for reaching the final rank that requires awards! You are allowed to be inactive for 180 days. This rank makes you eligible to become a Vice Admiral if positions are available.
